The classic Victoria Falls sundowner. You board upstream of the falls as the afternoon heat softens, and drift through the channels of the upper Zambezi while the sun drops behind the treeline and turns the whole river gold.
Hippo surface alongside, elephant come down to drink, and fish eagles call overhead. Drinks and canapés are served throughout. It is relaxed, unhurried and suits absolutely everyone.
