The Boma is the best-known evening in Victoria Falls, and for good reason. An open-air, fire-lit boma serving a huge spread of Zimbabwean food — game meats, stews, traditional dishes — alongside live drumming, dancers and a sangoma reading bones.
By the end of the night everyone in the place has a djembe drum in their hands and is playing along. It is touristy and it is completely brilliant.
